The Insurance General Directorate of the Social Security Institution has published Circular No. 2026/15 regarding the reduction of the deferment interest rate from 39% to 29% and the extension of the maximum deferment period from 36 months to 72 months.

According to the regulation, the deadline for employers and insured individuals with premium debts to benefit from this opportunity is 31.08.2026.
