Union of the Comoros Vassy Port Infrastructure Construction Tender

The Ministry of Sea and Air Transport of the Union of the Comoros has announced an international open tender call for the infrastructure construction works of the Vassy secondary port on Anjouan Island under the Comoros Maritime Connectivity Project (PICMC) financed by the World Bank.

The tender process will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding method as defined in the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers. Bids must be submitted physically in sealed envelopes no later than 14:00 on Monday, November 9, 2026.
