STT/TETT Applications and Audits

In the letter conveyed to our Union by the General Directorate of Food and Control of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, it is stated that the sale of products with an expired expiration date (STT) is prohibited, while products with an expired recommended consumption date (TETT) can be evaluated provided that they meet the necessary reliability conditions, consumers are informed, and they are offered for sale in separate sections. The letter also mentions that administrative sanctions will be applied against practices contrary to the legislation during official inspections.
