Special Employer Insurance Premium Support Notice

Dear Member,

The procedures and principles regarding the "Special Employer Insurance Premium Support," organized by the Ministry of Family and Social Services under Article 5 of the Social Assistance and Solidarity Promotion Law No. 3294 to encourage the employment of social assistance beneficiaries, can be accessed in the attached "Regulation on the Employment of Social Assistance Beneficiaries." Social assistance beneficiaries can be easily identified through the "Social Assistance Recipients" filter in the Candidate Pool System provided by İŞKUR. Employers who employ individuals identified through this filter and meet the other conditions stipulated in the legislation will be eligible for the Special Employer Insurance Premium Support applied under Article 5 of Law No. 3294.
