On the Obligation to Declare ATS Information for Vehicles Transporting Forest Products

In the letter forwarded to our Union by the General Directorate of Forestry, it is stated that the effective date of the Vehicle Tracking System (ATS) notification requirement for trucks, pickups, and tractors transporting forest products has been postponed; until 01.03.2026 for transportations from sales ramps and final sales depots, and until 01.07.2026 for transportations from in-forest stockyards.
