Regulation on the Implementation of the Employment Protection Support Program

Within the scope of the Employment Protection Support Program Implementation Regulation, in addition to the matters aimed at protecting and increasing employment in the manufacturing industry sectors specified in our referenced letter; under the Program, SMEs can apply to KOSGEB between March 3 and April 30, 2026, and the information and application forms can be accessed on KOSGEB's website. Large-scale enterprises, on the other hand, will submit their applications to the Ministry of Industry and Technology.

Under the Support Protection Program, enterprises are required to submit their payment requests by March 31, 2027, at the latest.
