İŞKUR - Minimum Wage Support

In the letter forwarded to our Union from the General Directorate of the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR), it is stated that, starting from 2018, the Minimum Wage Support refunds, financed from the Unemployment Insurance Fund and applied by offsetting the relevant year's support amounts from the social security premium debts of employers meeting the conditions specified in provisional Articles 75, 78, 80, 85, 88, 93, 96, 101, and 109 of the Social Insurance and General Health Insurance Law No. 5510, are requested to be transferred to the bank account numbers of the Provincial Directorates of Labor and Employment Agency.

The letter further states that, in order to ensure a more regular and swift refund process of these amounts, which are deducted from the payments of tenders within the scope by public institutions and organizations and held in escrow accounts, the bank account numbers of the aforementioned Provincial Directorates of Labor and Employment Agency have been closed. It is emphasized that the amounts should only be transferred to the account of İŞKUR, linked to Tax Identification Number 7811135112, at Halk Bankası Ankara Public Corporate Branch, with the IBAN number TR16 0001 2009 4520 0004 0002 64 and Account Name: "ASG ÜCR DESTEK İADE".
