Business Premises Advance Payment Announcement

The construction of 714 workplaces in the Yeşilyurt Industrial Zone for businesses affected by the earthquakes on 06.02.2023 has been completed, and 710 workplaces have been delivered to their rightful owners. Under Presidential Decree No. 136 on Industrial Workplaces Within the Scope of the State of Emergency and Temporary Article 17 of the Organized Industrial Zones Law No. 4562, debt commitment letters have been obtained as the basis for debt settlement procedures, workplace deliveries have been completed, and debt repayment plans have been established for industrial workplaces constructed in Yeşilyurt district of Malatya, Pazarcık district of Kahramanmaraş, and İslahiye district of Gaziantep. However, Article 13 of Law No. 7577 on Amending Certain Laws, published in the Official Gazette No. 33227 dated 17/04/2026, states: "…TEMPORARY ARTICLE 2- (1) For the debt settlement amounts related to residences and workplaces produced under national and international projects carried out in areas declared as disaster zones with widespread impact due to the earthquakes on 6/2/2023, a discount of up to 74% for one residence and up to 48% for one workplace shall be applied if the payment is made in full by those recognized as eligible under Law No. 7269 or 6306 by 31/12/2026." The announcement text prepared for the rightful owners who have received workplaces in the Yeşilyurt Industrial Zone, signed debt commitment letters, and had their workplaces delivered, urging them to sign the Payment Commitment Letters at the Malatya Provincial Directorate of Industry and Technology and make their payments by 17/10/2026 at the latest, is attached.
