With the legislation enacted in Mexico, it has been stated that customs duties on the product groups specified in the letter have been restructured at rates ranging from 5% to 50%, aiming to protect the domestic industry in the country, reduce dependency on imports, and correct trade imbalances with nations that do not have a Free Trade Agreement with Mexico.
