Dear Member,

In the referenced letter received from our Ministry; it is stated that the "Industrial Emissions Management Regulation (EEYY)" was published in the Official Gazette dated 14 January 2025 and numbered 32782, entered into force on 1 December 2025, and that under this Regulation, the environmental performance status of industrial facilities will be assessed. Facilities will be issued a "Green Transformation in Industry (SYD) Certificate" by taking into account water efficiency, energy efficiency, the use of chemicals, emission reduction techniques, the best available techniques, and emission limit values associated with the best available techniques.
