Amendment to the Price Tag Regulation

Please find attached the official letter regarding the Amendment to the Price Tag Regulation, forwarded to our Union by the General Directorate of Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance of the Ministry of Trade, along with the related regulation published in the Official Gazette.

The aforementioned letter states that certain articles of the Price Tag Regulation have been amended by the Regulation Amending the Price Tag Regulation, published in the Official Gazette No. 33044 dated 11/10/2025, and includes explanations regarding these amendments.
