29. Consumer Award Announcement

Dear Member,

The Ministry of Trade, Directorate General for Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance, will award the 29th Consumer Awards this year in the categories of "Conscious Consumer Award," "Print Media Consumer Award," "Radio-Television Program Award," "Firm Award for Prioritizing Consumer Satisfaction," "Scientific Study Award," and "Special Consumer Award." These awards are presented annually to deserving recipients to enhance consumer awareness, promote the habit of asserting rights, encourage individuals and institutions that respect consumer rights, and incentivize scientific studies related to consumer protection and education. The announcement for the "29th Consumer Awards," based on 2025 activities, has been attached and is also published on our Ministry's websites: "www.ticaret.gov.tr" and "https://tuketici.ticaret.gov.tr."

Regarding the nomination process for these awards, the names, titles, and contact information of the proposed individuals, institutions, and organizations, along with supporting documents justifying their nomination, must be submitted to our Directorate. Additionally, for radio-television category nominees, compiled broadcast recordings (CD or DVD) of program samples, and for print media nominees, original intact newspaper copies of published works must be submitted no later than February 28, 2026.
