Demand Announcement for Industrial Facilities in Yeşilyurt District

Dear Members,

According to the letter forwarded by the Malatya Provincial Directorate of Industry and Technology, a renewed application right has been granted until the end of business hours on Friday, August 22, for eligible parties who were previously unable to apply for the 714 workplaces, each measuring 120 m², whose construction has been completed in the Yeşilyurt district.

As per the finalized damage assessment report, owners or tenants of workplaces engaged in manufacturing or repair activities that have been deemed unable to continue operations in their current state or require demolition for the technical integrity of the project must fill out the application form available on the announcement page and submit it along with the specified documents to the Malatya Provincial Directorate of Industry and Technology by the end of business hours on August 22, 2025.
