New Process Initiated for Work Permit Exemption Applications for Foreign Nationals

According to the announcement made by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, General Directorate of International Workforce, a new process has been initiated for work permit exemption applications for foreigners who wish to work in our country.

Under Article 48 of the International Workforce Law Implementation Regulation published in the Official Gazette No. 31738 dated 02.02.2022, applications from foreigners with work permit exemptions are now being accepted online via https://calismaizni.csgb.gov.tr.

This new system, implemented as of September 16, 2026, covers the processes of receiving, evaluating, and finalizing work permit exemption applications for foreigners. Detailed information regarding the application processes is included in the attached application guides.
