On the Master Instructor Certificate

In the letter titled "On the Master Instructor Certificate" issued by the Ministry of National Education, General Directorate of Vocational and Technical Education, the procedures and principles regarding the conditions under which individuals who have worked in their profession for many years but do not possess a master craftsman or master instructor certificate can obtain these certificates are explained in the attachment.
