Under the "Post-Earthquake SME Reconstruction Support Program in Turkey," financed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), a grant program is being implemented to support SMEs affected by the earthquake.
Financial support is being provided to SMEs located in Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, Adıyaman, Diyarbakır, Şanlıurfa, and Malatya provinces, as well as İslahiye and Nurdağı districts of Gaziantep, which were affected by the earthquakes on February 6, 2023, and suffered workplace damage, to contribute to their recovery.
Within the scope of the program, support is provided for reimbursing expenses incurred by businesses to address earthquake-related damages and sustain their production and commercial activities, including the purchase of new machinery/equipment, renovation and repair services, and construction materials.
The grant amount to be provided will cover up to 85% of eligible expenses, with a maximum support of 60,000 EUR.
Program Conditions
- Being in the production sector
- Continuation of production and sales
- Being located in Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, Adıyaman, Diyarbakır, Şanlıurfa, and Malatya provinces, as well as İslahiye and Nurdağı districts of Gaziantep
- Damage to production tools or facilities due to the earthquake
- Expectation of increased sales and/or employment following the improvement of production infrastructure after the grant support
Applications for the Grant Program will open on Wednesday, April 20, 2026, and will continue until Friday, May 8, 2026, at 17:00.
