Announcement of the Public Immovable Property Allocation Specification for Tourism Investors

According to the official letter conveyed to our Union by the General Directorate of Investments and Enterprises of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Public Immovable Property Allocation Specifications for Tourism Investors (2026/3) have been published.

The said specifications have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Tourism Incentive Law No. 2634 dated 12/3/1982 and the Regulation on the Allocation of Public Immovable Properties for Tourism Investments published in the Official Gazette No. 26235 dated 21/7/2006.

Detailed information regarding public immovable properties to be allocated for tourism-oriented investments by domestic and foreign entrepreneurs was published on the "Announcements" section of the Ministry's website on 22 September 2026.
