Declaration of Intent for Women's Initiative in Sustainable Development

In the attached letter forwarded to our Union from the General Directorate on the Status of Women of the Ministry of Family and Social Services, it is stated that the "Declaration of Intent for the Women's Initiative in Sustainable Development" has been prepared as a concrete outcome of the studies conducted in the field of women's empowerment within the scope of the March 8 International Women's Day activities.

The said Declaration of Intent contains strong, non-binding commitments aimed at integrating gender equality into the corporate culture of private sector organizations and effectively utilizing women's potential in the sustainable development process.

In this context, you are kindly requested to announce the Declaration of Intent for the Women's Initiative in Sustainable Development, which will contribute both to policies for women's empowerment and to a more equitable and sustainable development vision for future generations, to your Chamber/Exchange Members, and to ensure that the declaration, accessible via https://kadingirisimci.gov.tr/ or https://imza.aile.gov.tr/, is signed by our members.
