Combating Counterfeit Documents

Dear Members,

The Revenue Administration Presidency of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance has announced that October 1, 2025, will mark the beginning of a new phase under the "Strategy for Combating Counterfeit Documents." To ensure better understanding among all relevant stakeholders, awareness-raising activities will be conducted. In this context, the guidance document regarding the Establishment-Supervised Analysis (KURGAN) system sent to our Union, along with the Circular dated 18.04.2025 on the Use of SMYİB and 160/A Examinations, is attached to this letter.
