Russian Federation - Regarding Entry Permits to Ports

In the correspondence forwarded to our Union by the Ministry of Trade, it was stated that with Decree No. 502 approved by the Government of the Russian Federation (RF) on July 21, 2025, obtaining permission from the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation (FSB) has been made mandatory for ships arriving from foreign ports to enter RF ports, and that entry of ships into RF seaports will only be possible with the approval of the seaport captain and the consent of the relevant FSB official.
