On Access to Russian Standards

Dear Members,

In the attached reference letter, it is stated that Russian national standards (GOST) have been digitally delivered to TSE through the Russian Standardization Agency (ROSSTANDART) for Turkish manufacturers and exporters to use free of charge. The letter explains that, following the necessary arrangements by TSE, as of January 7, 2026, Turkish manufacturers and exporters based in Turkey will be able to access Russian national GOST Standards without any payment.
