Announcement on the Allocation of Superstructures in Mersin Free Zone for Investors' Use

The attached document states that the superstructures owned by the Treasury in the Mersin Free Zone will be allocated for investors' use, provided that they are utilized within the scope of activities specified in and for the duration of the Activity License issued or to be issued by the Ministry of Trade.

Furthermore, the document requests that the announcement titled "Allocation of Superstructures in the Mersin Free Zone for Investors' Use," published in the Official Gazette dated 24.07.2025 and numbered 32965, which includes the list of superstructures owned by the Treasury, be communicated to the relevant companies.
