Mexico Tender Announcement

It has been reported that the Mexican Government has launched a public tender open to international investors. Information regarding the said tender is provided below:

International Public Tender LA-09-D00-009D00999-I-53-2025

Project Subject: Supply of 47 passenger DMU trains equipped with the ERTMS system, including doors, maintenance, and workshop equipment, to operate on the Mexico–Querétaro, Querétaro–Irapuato, and Saltillo–Nuevo Laredo lines.

Responsible Institution: Railway Transport Regulatory Agency (Agencia Reguladora del Transporte Ferroviario)

Deadline for Participation: November 13, 2025, at 18:00
