Our board members conducted inspections at Bursa Model Factory.

Oğuzhan Ata Sadıkoğlu, President of the Malatya Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MTSO) Board of Directors, visited the Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry Education and Technology Campus alongside Assembly Members, Disciplinary Board Members, and Committee Chairs. President Sadıkoğlu stated that they will implement the exemplary practices carried out at the Bursa Model Factory in the Malatya Model Factory, which will soon commence operations.

MTSO Assembly Members, Disciplinary Board Members, and Committee Chairs visited the Bursa Model Factory to observe the practical steps of lean production and digital transformation in preparation for the Model Factory, which will soon be launched in Malatya under the leadership of the Chamber.

"WE WILL LAUNCH THE MALATYA MODEL FACTORY"

MTSO Board President Oğuzhan Ata Sadıkoğlu, evaluating the Model Factory visit, said, "As the Chamber, we have nearly completed our Model Factory project, which we prepared and submitted to the Ministry of Industry and Technology. With the support of the Fırat Development Agency, we had completed the construction of our factory in the 2nd OSB and were about to launch operations, but the earthquakes we experienced on February 6 slowed the process slightly. As the Chamber, we visited the Bursa Model Factory, established by the Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Our observations will be a significant gain for the Malatya Model Factory."

The MTSO delegation also closely examined the innovative units within the Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry Education and Technology Campus, including the Technology Coordination and R&D Center, Energy Efficiency Center, Laboratories, Vocational Qualification and Certification Center, and Culinary Academy.

Emphasizing that these visits will serve as examples for MTSO's ongoing projects, President Sadıkoğlu said, "Seeing these exemplary practices, which directly contribute to the business world's qualified human resources, production efficiency, and technological transformation, was highly productive for us. Particularly, the practices in the Model Factory, Energy Efficiency, and Vocational Training fields provide important examples for the development of our projects in these areas. In this context, we aim to increase knowledge and experience sharing and undertake joint efforts to strengthen Malatya's business community's production capabilities, technological transformation, and human resource quality."

ASSEMBLY MEETING HELD IN ÇANAKKALE

In addition to their visit to Bursa, the MTSO delegation traveled to Çanakkale, the city where the national struggle was immortalized and one of the most glorious stops on the path to the founding of our Republic, to hold their October Assembly meeting on Republic Day, October 29.

VISIT TO THE HISTORIC GALLIPOLI PENINSULA

Following the Assembly meeting, the MTSO delegation visited the historic Gallipoli Peninsula, including the Namazgah Bastions, Corporal Seyit Memorial, Soğanlıdere and Şahindere Memorials, Çanakkale Martyrs' Memorial, 57th Regiment Memorial, Conkbayırı Region, and the Çanakkale Epic Promotion Center.

"ÇANAKKALE IS WHERE OUR NATION'S CRY FOR EXISTENCE WAS HEARD"

MTSO Board President Oğuzhan Ata Sadıkoğlu, commenting on the meeting, said, "With our Board Members, Assembly Members, Disciplinary Board Members, and Committee Chairs, we were in Çanakkale on the 102nd anniversary of our Republic. Çanakkale is where a nation's cry for existence was heard. Here, 110 years ago, not only bullets clashed—faith, love for the homeland, and sacrifice soared to the skies. Though we lost 253 thousand martyrs, the heroes who trusted not in the enemy's strength but in the nation's heart on the rugged shores of Gallipoli etched the words 'Çanakkale is Impassable' into the strongest foundation of our history. We take pride in visiting our Çanakkale Martyrs, whose names are written in golden letters in our history. The 1915 Çanakkale Victory, under the leadership of the founder of our Republic, Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, is the victory where the foundations of the Republic of Turkey were laid. On these sacred lands, where the era's greatest armies were brought to their knees, the impossible was defeated by faith, and every inch was watered with martyr's blood, our nation's determination, courage, and faith once again came alive in our hearts. We remember our martyrs and veteran heroes, who sacrificed their lives for independence, with mercy, gratitude, and respect."
