Libya - LARMO

Dear Members,

In reference to the letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, it has been notified by the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department of the Libyan Ministry of Foreign Affairs that transactions should not be conducted with an individual named "Mohamed Ramadan El-Mansali" in his capacity as the Director of the Libyan Asset Recovery and Management Office (LARMO) or with any person authorized by the aforementioned party to represent LARMO.
