Webinar Invitation on Individual Provisional Registrations under KKDİK (April 6, 2026)

As is known, our Union holds the institutional representation of the private sector in the consultation mechanisms established under the legislation on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (KKDİK), convened with the participation of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change and other relevant institutions, and assumes a coordination role in conveying sectoral views and evaluations to policy-making and implementation processes.

As a result of the Chemicals Advisory Group Meetings, one of the aforementioned consultation mechanisms established within the framework of the Procedures and Principles on the Implementation of the KKDİK Regulation, and due to the difficulties encountered in determining the lead company, temporary registration processes have been allowed to be carried out individually, with the final application date set as 30/09/2026.

In this context, in cooperation with the General Directorate of Environmental Management of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change and our Union, a webinar is planned to be held on 06/04/2026 between 14:30-15:30 to share recent developments regarding individual temporary registration processes conducted under KKDİK and to provide information on implementation-related matters by the Department of Chemicals Management.
