Import Control System 2 (ICS2) - Reminder

Dear Members,

The letter titled "Entry Summary Declaration (ENS) Practices Under Import Control System 2 Release 3 (ICS2 R3)" received from the Ministry of Trade, General Directorate of International Agreements and European Union is attached. The letter states that the legal framework regarding the mandatory submission of Entry Summary Declarations (ENS) for shipments passing through the United Kingdom (for Northern Ireland), Bulgaria, Finland, France, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Lithuania, Hungary, and Greece under Import Control System 2 Release 3 (ICS2 R3) has entered into force as of January 1, 2026.
