Inspection of Toys at the Import Stage - Manufacturer Information

Dear Members,

Regarding inspections for toy controls at the import stage effective as of 1/1/2026, it is informed that applications where the toy, or its packaging if this is not possible, or a document accompanying the toy does not bear the names, registered trade names or registered trademarks, and addresses of the manufacturer and importer will be concluded as "Rejection: Marking Deficiency."
