According to the announcement sent by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), amendments have been made to the Employment Protection Support Program Implementation Regulation, which was published in the Official Gazette and entered into force on August 28, 2026. Within the scope of these amendments, a financing package of 250 billion TL has been announced for the manufacturing industry (NACE code section-c).

The regulation determines the employment protection conditions, credit ceilings, calculation principles, interest rates, maximum support levels, and package size for eligible businesses. During this period where access to financing is crucial, it is important for all our members to be informed about the support elements introduced by the published regulation.

The procedures and principles regarding the implementation of the mentioned support will be determined by the Ministry of Industry and Technology and the KOSGEB Presidency. In this context, it is necessary to follow the information and announcements of the relevant institutions. A brief information note prepared by our Union on the subject is attached to provide the necessary information to our members.

It has been stated that our members may benefit from the support if their applications, to be made through the online application portal announced by the Ministry between September 1 and October 31, are approved. Under the support, the total commission, including credit allocation and utilization fees, cannot exceed 1% of the utilized credit, and guarantees will be provided through KGF, KFK, and IGE for SMEs facing collateral issues. The loans will be utilized through 15 banks.
