Islamic Countries Handicrafts Fair

In the relevant letter from the General Directorate of Craftsmen, Artisans, and Cooperatives of our Ministry and the letter numbered 115571980 dated 11.11.2025 received from the Trade Counselor of the Rabat Embassy; it is stated that the "2nd OIC Member Countries Handicrafts Fair" will be held in Casablanca, Morocco, from December 18 to 28, 2025, hosted by the Islamic Center for the Development of Trade (ICDT) under the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC). The objectives of the fair include promoting partnerships through facilitating commercial contacts (B2B), preserving and supporting cultural heritage, increasing the visibility of handicrafts in OIC member countries, and contributing to the development of Morocco's tourism. It is noted that our country is requested to participate in the fair with the status of "Special Invited Country," and an invitation letter has been sent to our Minister of Culture and Tourism, Mr. Nuri ERSOY, in this regard. It is requested that the announcement of the fair be shared with the relevant parties by ensuring the necessary coordination between our Ministry and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism (including the Tourism Promotion and Development Agency-TGA).
