Iraq General Commission of Customs "Updating Company Information in the ASYCUDA System"

Dear Members,

As referenced in the attached document, a communication received from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding the "Update of Company Information in the Customs Data Automation System (ASYCUDA)" by the General Commission of Iraq Customs states that companies registered in ASYCUDA must review and update their information by September 1, 2025, and companies failing to do so will be removed from the system. Furthermore, the document explains that since the İbrahim Halil (Habur) Customs Directorate has not completed its integration with ASYCUDA, companies conducting trade operations using temporary codes may lose this privilege as of September 1, 2025.
