In consideration of the official holiday for the Republic Day on October 29 and the half-day administrative leave on October 28, 2025, an example of the official letter addressed to the Regional Directorates of Customs and Foreign Trade is attached herein, detailing the necessary procedures to fulfill export and related customs transaction requests by October 31, 2025.
