Youth in Production Era (GÜÇ) Program

Dear Members,

The Youth Production Era (GÜÇ) Program, launched by the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR) under the Ministry of Labor and Social Security to enable young people to gain professional experience through internship opportunities, familiarize themselves with working life, facilitate their participation in employment, and ensure their permanence in the labor market, was announced by our President, H.E. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, on January 6, 2026.
