On the Amendment to the Price Tag Regulation

Attached is the official letter regarding the Amendment to the Price Tag Regulation, forwarded to our Chamber by the General Directorate of Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance of the Ministry of Trade, along with the related regulation published in the Official Gazette. The letter states that certain articles of the Price Tag Regulation, published in the Official Gazette No. 33044 dated 11/10/2025, have been amended by the Regulation Amending the Price Tag Regulation, and includes explanations regarding these amendments.
