On the Survey Study Regarding State-Supported Receivables Insurance

Dear Members,

The State-Supported Receivables Insurance (DDAS) System, implemented in 2019, includes the DDAS-Commercial product aimed at protecting Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) against risks under commercial receivables insurance, as well as the DDAS-Financing product introduced in 2023 to provide financing to SMEs. To enable our SMEs to benefit more from the system, the Insurance and Private Pension Regulation and Supervision Agency has initiated the "DDAS System Redesign Project." In this context,

A survey has been prepared to identify shortcomings in the system, and the surveys linked below must be completed by the relevant parties no later than the close of business on Friday, January 23, 2026.
