Regarding Building Completion Insurance

Regarding Building Completion Insurance (BTS), in the letter dated 10.07.2025 and numbered 4106409, which was forwarded to our Union by the Insurance and Private Pension Regulation and Supervision Authority; it is stated that urban transformation projects and all other construction projects have been included in addition to pre-paid housing sales contracts under the "Building Completion Insurance General Terms," and it is requested that the prepared information guide on the subject be conveyed to the relevant parties.

In this context, the aforementioned BTS Information Guide is attached.
