Insurance Procedures for Foreign Civil License Plate Vehicles Entering Azerbaijan / New Online Platform

In the letter dated 29.09.2025 and numbered 45616 received from the General Directorate of Customs of the Ministry of Trade, it has been announced that mandatory insurance procedures for foreign civilian-plated vehicles entering Azerbaijan will be conducted exclusively online through the address www.tpl.az starting from October 1, 2025.
