Statement from the EU Leaders Summit

Dear Members,

In the attached reference letter, it is stated that following the EU Leaders' Meeting held on February 12, 2026, where Europe's competitiveness was discussed, a political will was expressed to complete a comprehensive reform process by the end of 2027 within the framework of the "One Europe, One Market" goal. The letter also shared the information that it is planned for the Commission to present a detailed "One Europe, One Market Roadmap and Action Plan" at the next European Council meeting.

The letter further explains that the reform process is structured around five main headings: Reduction of Administrative Burdens, Construction of the Single Market, Creation of the Single Energy Market, Digital Transformation, and International Trade, and provides information on the content of these headings.
