EU Chemical Single Substance Single Assessment Package (OSOA)

Dear Members,

In the letter forwarded to our Union by the Ministry of Trade, Directorate General for International Agreements and European Union, it is reported that an agreement has been reached within the scope of the One Substance One Assessment Package (OSOA). The letter further states that a regulation and three legislative proposals are being put forward under this package, and that the regulations were adopted at the meeting of the Permanent Representatives Committee of the Council of the European Union on June 25, 2025.

In this context, the relevant letter and the texts of the legislative proposals attached to the letter are presented in the annex.
