2026 Decisions on Stationary and Migratory Beekeeping in Malatya Province

Regarding the procedures and operations related to beekeeping activities in our province; the Presidential Decree on the Organization and Duties of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry (Decree No: 1) published in the Official Gazette dated July 10, 2018, and numbered 30474, the Veterinary Services, Plant Health, Food and Feed Law No. 5996 dated June 11, 2010, the Beekeeping Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated May 23, 2024, and numbered 32554, the Regulation on the Transportation of Live Animals and Animal Products Within the Country published in the Official Gazette dated December 17, 2011, and numbered 28145, and the Circular on the Control of Animal Movements and the Fight Against Animal Diseases in force, the rules that relevant parties must comply with in order to regulate migratory and stationary beekeeping activities in 2026 are specified in the annex.
